A business operations consultant analyses how a business currently runs, identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and designs or builds systems to fix them. At WWS, we do this on-site so we understand the real workflow, not the version that looks good on paper.

We spend time with your team mapping how work actually flows through the business. We observe, interview, and document real processes. Then we analyse where time is lost to manual tasks, handoffs, waiting, rework, and duplication.

We primarily work with UK SMEs from 10 to 500 staff. Small enough that operational changes have a visible impact quickly, large enough that the problems we solve have meaningful financial consequences.

Both. We provide a clear written assessment, but we also build and deploy the solutions ourselves. Where automation is appropriate, we build it. Where process redesign is needed, we implement it. We do not write reports and leave.

Discovery and audit typically take 1 to 2 weeks. Implementation of agreed changes runs from 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Most clients see measurable time savings within the first 30 days of changes going live.
